Our project management consultants and training specialists each have over 30 years of business experience. They have managed numerous software and course development projects and have managed all aspects of the systems development life cycle. They are particularly experienced with project management software tools, especially Microsoft Project. They have applied these skills in the establishment of Project Management Offices at Canada Customs and Revenue Agency, and Public Works and Government Services Canada.
Our instructors have designed, developed and delivered project management concepts and software courses to thousands of IT professionals during the past 20 years. Our workshops are based on the internationally recognized standard known as the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) produced by the Project Management Institute. We have provided on-site Microsoft Project training to Lockheed-Martin Astronautics at Cape Canaveral as well as Thunder Bay Telephone, Health Canada, and Siemens.
